I’m amazed at how well this steam mop works. I had an older Bissell that worked great but recently broke. I didn’t want to invest in another Bissell, because they’re pricey, but it’s essential that I have one when I’m cleaning houses. A friend of mine raved about this one, so I figured I’d give it a try. I’m super glad I did. When they say this is commercial grade, they weren’t kidding. It’s a powerful little 1500-Watt steamer and works so much better than my old Bissell. It’s easily tackled every cleaning challenge that I’ve thrown at it. The functionality is astounding with the 9 different attachments. You get 2 mop pads, carpet cradle, squeegee, garment steamer cloth, concentrator tip, small scrub brush, medium scrub brush, grout cleaning tool and a super scraper. These attachments are great for cleaning not only your tile and hardwood, but your sealed stone, stainless steel, sealed grout and much more. My favorite attachment is the one for carpet cleaning. It’s extremely easy to use and it worked wonders when my dog peed on the carpet. The pee came right up and even the smell was gone. The other attachments give you the ability to steam clothes, steam your glass shower door and much more. You can even turn this into a handheld device. The possibilities of what I can clean with this are endless. It was extremely easy to assemble and use. The attachments switch out easily and it’s simple to turn it into a handheld device. I love how quickly it heats up. My old Bissell took 10-15 minutes. This baby’s ready in 20 seconds. YES, you read that right, I said 20 seconds!! The water reservoir is extra-large, so I can clean my entire master bath, which includes tile, shower, glass shower door, garden tub, extra-long double sink vanity with 2 large mirrors and the toilet. My old Bissell had to be filled up at least twice to do all of that. What’s even better is that I can use tap water. It was such a pain to have to go get distilled water when I wanted to use the old steamer. It’s lightweight and extremely easy to maneuver. This is well designed and well manufactured. I couldn’t be happier with this steam mop. I actually enjoy cleaning with it. There’s nothing more satisfying than watching the grime just melt away. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars, because it deserves it!

I purchased this one for my sister as she has over 2000 feet of wood/tile flooring. I bought one that I've had for a while, and I cannot tell you how much I love this steam mop. I bought extra pads and I can mop my floors in half the time of any other mop I've used. It's very light and easy to push around the floors. It takes everything up. The pads are simple to wash and since I have extra, I save them for a small wash. I've also used this on my bathtub/shower walls and it does an excellent job. Actually, I've used it on my regular walls and even used it on the wall in the kitchen. I have enough pads. I was surprised at how well it got rid of the sticky gunk that's obviously flying off the stove. I also did my doors... sprayed them with cleaner and then used this to get them extra clean. I will not ever be without one of these. I'm handicapped and I cannot get down on the floor or I'll have to call the fire department to get me back standing. This is the easiest appliance to lift and use. But, order a large set of extra pads if you plan on doing more than just your floors. You'll be glad to have the around, so you won't be slowed down when cleaning!!

I got one it broke customer service was great and quickly sent me another one, used about 4-5 times only was the concern. 2nd one broke after 3 uses the water tank would not heat up. I feel that it is a design flaw and that when you turn it upside down it’s not good for the heating element. The first one I used more for mopping, but still broke very quickly and the steam feature stuck on and burnt myself. I like the idea of a steam mop that is multi functioning but probably best to buy a mop and separate hand held unit.

It is very lightweight and it is easy to put together with the instructions. Definitely read the do's and don't's of the product so you don't misuse the product, and so the product is able to last more than 6 months. Misuse of the product can result in injury but that is up to owners discretion to read the entire Manuel that is sent with the product.

I wanted so badly to fall in love with this but like most stuff I’ve ordered I was very underwhelmed and irritated. For one the main body steam button on the back does nothing. Doesn’t click. Doesn’t change the steam.Nothing. This bothered me but whatever right. at least the steam is working Sucks I can’t have it plugged in and ready to go when I need,instead it heats up and sits there and steams until I’m ready. Secondly it’s made of cheap ass plastic. It makes a cracking sound when I push around the house. I feel like I’m gunna break it, can’t put too much pressure on it to try to get a tough spot. The cord is pretty short but again, whatever. Hopefully I get get my 60 bucks worth before this thing breaks on me. 🤞🏻🙄

This is an adendom to my 1st review below.. My 1st unit quit steaming after the first use. I contacted the seller who sent me a new unit. Easy peasy!! This 2nd unit worked 3 times and quit steaming. I contacted the seller again who said I was the only one with issues and he could do nothing to help me. I was very disappointed. Buyer beware.This is a great little product. The tank holds enough water to do my floors. I love how fast it heats up and the carpet glider attachment. I have 2 dogs and the little one, that has no manners, pees on my carpets sometimes. After I clean it up I run the steamer over the spot. It takes up little room and is easy to take out and use. My old steam cleaner was a canister type. It was a hassle to take out and assemble. It took forever to heat up and I couldn't see how much water was in the tank. It also doesn't do as much as this one does. I had an issue with the mop. It quit steaming. So I contacted customer service. They replied the same day and are shipping me a new unit. That's great customer service in my book. So easy!! I highly recommended this productmand seller!
