Improving grip for golf.

My son has been recovering from a very bad case of tennis elbow. His Physical Therapist recommended this grip strength for his hand. It is very strong but he is very happy with it & he is seeing an improvement.

The hand grip is damaged on the gold item. It is mushy and the residue sticks to your hand. I had it on the original and the replacement and threw them out. I have a black and a silver one and they are great.

Got this a few years back, springs still work great, but rubber grips are worn and sticky.

I first saw this in a Physical Therapy Center. I just had to have one. It is great to build finger strength.

The stroke of the springs should be a bit longer, the spacing of the plungers a little greater. Might be OK if you have small hands. I don't like the shape of the grip, either. Get the Gripmaster instead.

Love this product, makes your hands real great.

I bought this because the black 9lb one was a little too easy but like some of the other reviews say, the black handle is sticky and feels melted. Like it was kept in a hot place for ages or something. Stick to the black one, at least the handle is proper for that one
