This is a perfect pressure cooker, cooks meats etc fast and makes food tender quick, I even tried putting in frozen meat, cooked it perfectly without any raw spots. Very happy with my purchase. I love the green color in the kitchen compared to the usual metal color. The red Hawkins sticker came off in the dishwasher, but that doesn't bother me. Definitely recommend this pressure cooker.

My new favorite way to cook. Definitely read the instructions and watch safety videos online before using. That being said it is a wonderful product and I absolutely love using it. Make amazing pulled pork/chicken bbq or anything similar. Love making mixed vegetables in it as well. Best advice I can give is that less heat is better, I've used it about a dozen times and only had one problem with burning and that was when I put it on a high BTU gas burner at max heat. I also would advise letting the food sit for 10-15 minutes after heat is turned off before opening to continue the cook.

I love it. It's the perfect size for most smaller dishes. Actually holds more than expected. The design is genius. I bought the larger size too and love them both. I do a protine in one and rice in the other.

Looks as the supermodel of pressure cookers Flamboyant presence to flaunt if u want to use this as serving apparatus . Design , cooking speed , quality, durability , all 5 stars .no leakage, but cleaning u have to be cautious as it can develop strains n straches . Overall a supermodel of pressure cooker . Go for this if u can pay extra , usage cannot be everyday purpose . BUT THE cooking speed is better than pigeon as I'm using those too. Hope u like the detailed review.
