Product looks good but while sit on it feels springs touch on back it means less foam on the top.. Finishing is good... Lets see it's 5years warranty they offered.Customer care is quite good. Initially called up for the size confirmation, then for usage instructions.All over good experienceThe shipment they did with Blue dart... Thats again very good.

No back pain after using 15 days. Product is good but need extra foam cushioning on top which i think only 1 and 1/2 inch provided in 8 inch mattress. You can easily feel spring on touching Side , spring covering on sides will be better. Packet was almost open from one side when i received but no damage to mattress that might be due to heavy weight so seller must focus on that. No safety cutter provided while other brands are. Over all no complaint for mattress, so ratings 5 stars for now, lets see what rating will get after 6 months.
