Seems good
I have only used this a little bit, but it seems good so far. I especially like that I can program it to take repeated long exposures.

I was not so sure if I wanted a wireless model vs a wired model but after using the wireless release this past week to take some
I had been using a Trigger Trap for some time as a remote release but since they went out of business several months ago I figured it would only be a matter of time before an Android update broke the functionality. A few weeks ago I was standing in a creek shooting a waterfall with my phone dangling above the water and I also felt there had to be a "safer" way. This product seemed to be well rated and worth the investment. I was not so sure if I wanted a wireless model vs a wired model but after using the wireless release this past week to take some low light photos and landscapes with my Canon 80d I was glad I went this route. This is very easy to setup and use. I like to play with things to see how they work and how intuitive they are before reading the manual. I was impressed with the base functions of just a release then after reading the manual happier to see the other functions, an unexpected bonus! As for range, I did not do a scientific test on the range but I set up the camera in the living room of my home and no matter what floor or room I was in the shutter released when pressed. This can also be used as a wired release as well but the cord is very short to do this. The cord is really just meant to plug from the receiver to the camera's remote release port.

I give a a four because it's like the size of a television remote
I give a a four because it's like the size of a television remote. And I don't think there's a button to record video.Other than that it's great. The pics I have attached I edited where you can see me holding the remote out of the picture. It takes pictures from far away I'm not sure how many feet and is extremely convenient. I'm pretty tall so I have to stand far if I want a full body pic. But you do not have to hold the remote all the time. You can set it on a self timer sit the remote down and the camera snaps continuously until you stop it. I forgot how you do that some how I stumbled up on that option I didn't know what the heak was going on. But I figure out how to stop the continuous self timer and start it but don't know how I even got to that

Batteries not included but takes AAA which were easy to come by
Works very well with my Canon Rebel. Batteries not included but takes AAA which were easy to come by. Set up and instructions were simple to understand. Can still "half press" the shutter to change settings, although setting must be changed manually on the camera not from the remote. Once I figured out that I needed the camera and the remote on the same settings shooting became very simple.Helps me get stable picture while on the tripod and attached to my telescope where touching the camera causes vibrations that last for several seconds. This has all but eliminated the blur from my photos.

An excellent, excellent tool to add to my camera bag
An excellent, excellent tool to add to my camera bag! It performs exactly as the manufacturer indicated, and being able to use the bulb function of my camera remotely is a definite advantage. It has long range and multiple channels to choose from in situations where there is electronic interference; and it is also more compact than I expected, so it fits easily into my already-stuffed sling bag. A great improvement over infrared remotes which require that you be in a very limited frontal area of position in order to activate your camera's shutter release. Also, both devices use standard AAA batteries (three for the hand-remote, and two for the receiver), rather than some other specialized---and more expensive---type batteries. All these features for a modestly inexpensive price makes it a must for the working photographer.

Pixel TW-283/E3 LCD Wireless Shutter Release for my Canon EOS 80D(W)
The battery placement areas were each packed with a silica gel pack. I never saw that before and thought to myself what a great idea. This company wants to protect its products from moisture damage during shipping. Fantastic. After inserting the batteries and turning on both the receiver and transmitter both showed it was tuned to channel one. Great so far. Turned on camera to test the remote feature first in single shot and then in high speed mode. It worked as advertised. Next I tested it from 30 feet away, still no issues. Then I plugged the remote directly into the camera and no issues were evident. At this point I have not check out the more advanced features. I am very happy with this product so far.

Works Great!
I bought this to use with my Canon Rebel SL1 and it has worked like a charm. The wireless feature is really nice and allows you to trigger photos, time lapses, bulb shots without touching or moving the camera. I have used this a good amount and it works without flaw every time. I really like how it has a back light on the screen. At night when doing bulb shots it is nice to light up the screen and see how long the shutter has been open without needing a flashlight or more light than necessary. This is a great alternative to the Canon version at a much more affordable price!

Molto soddisfatto

Buy with confidence if you own a Fuji XT1
I would like to add that this remote with the E3 connection cord works perfectly with a Fuji XT1 despite having been advised by the manufacturer that it would nor work! It plugs into the microphone remote port which doubles as a remote shutter release on this camera. The quality of the unit is excellent and I would recommend it over a Hahnel GigaT Pro remote which does a similar job but at three times the price and uses expensive batteries which run down quickly. That remote also has an annoying habit of turning off after a minute which is a real pain when using it for long exposure shots which is not the case with the Pixel remote.
