Quality Design. Well Constructed. Excellent Customer Service.
As a 64 year-old recipient of bi-lateral hip replacements I've used this Glute Kickback PRO for a more specific and comfortable range of motion throughout multiple movements vs. the ankle cuff I initially used. It allows me to focus on the specific movement w/out being distracted by a cuff that slips up or down my tibia/lower calf. The PRO allows me flexibility to use cables at the gym or on days I can't make it to the gym I simply use resistance bands anchored to a door at home to replicate cable machine movements. With the PRO I can focus on driving through my heel to concentrate on complete Gluteal (minimum, medius, maximus) strengthening/development -- critical after hip replacement surgery. While the PRO works great for my Glutes via abduction (to my side, laterally) and extension (to the rear), I've also used it to effectively target my adductors (inside of thigh, to groin) and hip flexors -- these work in synergy with Glutes to allow as normal as possible movement, range of motion. Whether for physical rehab or just general strengthening / conditioning, with a little research/knowledge, and some creativity, you can use the PRO in movements that develop all muscles, ligaments, and tendons of the legs as well – including quads, hamstrings, ITB, and TFL… (1) While my hamstrings receive work when doing Gluteal movements and DB RDLs, I wasn’t able to replicate the feel of working the leg “bicep” as with the leg curls I performed prior to my accident/trauma that caused my hips to deteriorate. With the PRO I can do a standing leg curl where I can concentrate solely on the hamstring. It allows me to do a very strict movement that doesn't require a potentially risky level of resistance for a maximal effect – a key to avoiding injury at a time when I am again excited about being very active. It's encouraging / motivational to feel a movement exactly where it's intended to work. (2) Using the PRO I lie down on my back and using cable machine or resistance bands I pull my knees toward my chest while keeping my lower back pressed flat against the floor. This really isolates both my hip flexors and lower abdominals. While the PRO is a simple accessory, it can be a foundational part of an overall program for both men and women -- designed to strengthen / stabilize their core, pelvic floor, and hips as they age. A resource such as the PRO that allows you to work more specifically, efficiently to build or regain conditioning, ease of movement, and quality of life -- deserves acknowledgement. Excellent Customer Service - I mistakenly ordered female sizing. I contacted IPR Fitness and spoke directly with the owner, who immediately facilitated an exchange for my correct size.

Trust me, buy the pair =)
I had been on the hunt for ankle straps of my own so I wasn't wasting time either waiting on or searching for the ones at the gym. Came across these IPR kickbacks and was immediately drawn to the design. Once I read they were USA made and by a marine I had to try them. They are FABULOUS! They strap on easily, stay snug, and can be used to target so much (glutes, hamstrings, abductors, adductors...get creative!!). No more bruising or chafing from ill fitting and poorly designed ankle straps! YAY!! I ordered the set and am loving leg day more than ever now. Only minor negative about wearing these...I get asked a lot of questions about them and sometimes it throws my routine off, HA! But seriously, I am so in love with my new gear I don't even mind taking them off to let others try them out. Yes they are a little more expensive than what is out there, but I'm telling you they are worth every penny not only because they work great but they are made to last.

Best Investment in my Glutes!
I purchased this product based off a recommendation from a teammate of mine. I have to say, this was one of the best investments I ever made to my collection of fitness gear. As a bikini competitor, training glutes is extremely important and something I personally do 3x per week. Before receiving my IPR Glute Kickback Pro, I used a classic ankle strap and thought I was getting a great workout. Boy was I mistaken! Since receiving my IPR Strap, my glute workouts have drastically intensified in the best way. I am able to have a great controlled movement, as the kickback Pro is very stable and allows me to truly use my glutes vs my ankle to control the movement. I am now sore in not only my Gluteus Maximus, but my Minimus and Medius, in addition to my hamstrings. Im very satisfied and impressed. I highly recommend this to not only competitors but any person wanting to really get a good glute &hamstring workout!

Good straps, work just as good as the cheaper ones.
Honestly, these are great but not worth the money.

These are excellent kickback straps!
I had been looking for glute kickback straps like these. I wanted some that I pull with my foot versus my ankle. These appealed to me because they were made in the USA and there were so many positive reviews. I ordered them but they did not fit my shoe. I didn’t want a return to I contacted the company and stated what the problem was. Robert was so nice to work with. I can tell that he values his customers. He came up with a solution that would allow me to have straps that fit my shoes. IPR Fitness has exceptional customer service! I received my new straps and was amazed by the quality. Not only is the construction sturdy but the materials used are very thick and durable. I’ve been using these for about 6 weeks and really like them. They are easy to attach to my shoes and I can leave them on for my workout. The ring to attach to the cable is durable but small enough to attach to the cable. You will definitely feel your glutes when using these straps. They are so nice and I highly recommend them.

Good product with room for improvement
This product performs better than your typical strap that goes around your ankle. It allows you to perform the kick back from the soles of your feet instead from the ankle which is far more effective. Negative - 1) Velcro strap that goes around the top of feet is rather short. Would have felt more secure if it’s 2 inches longer. 2) back strap that goes around your Achilles heel is not adjustable and feels a bit loose for my feet size. Would have been great if it’s adjustable. In my setup it dangling loose and just relying on the upper strap to secure on the feet. Overall this piece of equipment does what it’s meant to do. Would have been excellent if seller can make changes to the above two negatives.

I did my research on these as I was going to order another brand but it sold out, a suggested similar product was recommended by Amazon and I’m glad it did! These are a great product. My gym members are loving them
