Arrived 4 days early. Have had one that is about 8 years old and it still works perfectly for keeping my beverages cold. Have been looking for another one for about a year because my old one was starting to look a little beat up and was so excited to find this one on Amazon. Color is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Put in dishwasher top rack and still works after 8 years of daily use. Great product.

Nice. Customizable. Good size. Doesn't leak. I wish is was a little wider at the top so I could fit my hand in for washing, but I can use a brush so it's not a deal breaker. Would buy again.

This mug has a plastic outer shell and a stainless inner shell but it is not vacuum insulated as some other travel mugs with inner out stainless shells are. As a result your drink will not stay as hot as with other mugs from Contigo or Thermos - not even close. Worse, since it is made from 2 separate pieces it allows liquid to seep in between the shells! I noticed this after my very first use with this cup. I believe the coffee leaked in between where the upper plastic lip meets the inner stainless liner. This is the only seam that would be exposed to the drink so it must be the point of failure. I would be disappointed with the thermal performance even without this defect but the fact that I now have trapped coffee that will just rot means this is going back.

A basic travel mug with a stainless steel interior, it avoids the overly complex lids that plague other travel cups, but still has a poorly designed interior rim.After excessive research, I picked this simple tumbler over the variety of other travel mugs available. Since the listing is kind of sparse on detail, here's some pertinent info:* The lid has a simple flip over cover for the opening. While this means it's not 100% leak-proof, who turns their travel mug upside down?? Very many negative reviews of other products talk about the complex self-sealing mechanisms getting gunked up and fouling their drinks (and being difficult to impossible to clean). I'd rather have the cup leak if flipped over than have it taste/smell too nasty to use.* The lid screws on (so it won't pop off from thermal expansion/contraction).* The label says BPA-free.* The colored exterior is smooth but non-glossy plastic. I expect the plastic will scratch over time, but many expensive Thermos products had reviews complaining about painted exteriors flaking off and making a mess, so plastic avoids that problem.* The interior is all stainless steel except the very top rim where the lid screws on.On the negative, there's a significant issue: the plastic rim seems to trap water under the edge. I usually dry the mug upside down, and when you flip it upright, water leaks out right away (and if shaken, you can hear more trapped inside). So I have to flip and shake the mug 2-3 times (letting it dry in between) before it's dry under the rim. Very non-optimal-- the lip should have been molded/cast in one piece. Otherwise, this would have been the perfect inexpensive travel mug.The label indicates NOT dishwasher safe (although I suspect that's just the base, not the lid). No other complaints apart from these two issues.The GF had requested a pink travel mug, and this one fit the bill! My next choice was a Thermos product almost 3x the price, so I'm glad I tried this option first. Recommended with hesitation about the rim.

Many people prefer other brands of travel mugs because it keeps their hot beverages burning HOT for hours. I on the other hand, prefer my coffee to be a drinkable temperature. I love these mugs because they don’t keep your beverage scalding hot for 12 hours. Keeps it hot enough to finish on my hour commute to work but also allows it to cool down enough to be drinkable, which is exactly what I was looking for.

it is stainless steel inside and the top fits great with flip top, nothing gets in there when flip is on or covered, it is $5, at that price this is a steel, the best spill resistant, travel tumbler I have ever bought, the cup balance is good, non slip botton also. the top screws on the tumbler and flips open shut for drinking. the best travel tumbler ever.

Bought for a gift. Looked great at first but within a couple weeks there is condensation seen through the double wall of the cup. The cup must not be sealed well and water is getting in.

This is my husbands go to mug every morning. Coffee stays hot, wide spout access is a must for safety.
