Velveeta Skillets Chicken Alfredo One Pan Dinner Kit, 12.5 oz Box

Wonderful and easy fo prepare. Delicious. Just it gets out of stock more often lately.

Lately I've been trying all things with cheese and this Velveeta meal looked very tempting. It turns out it is a very economical meal. All you have to add is water, milk, hamburger and maybe some mushrooms, about a cup. The lean ground beef is cheap!This box has three packets in it. A seasoning packet, a packet of noodles and a white cheese sauce packet. All need to be opened with a kitchen scissors which was easy enough.To make this meal you brown the ground beef and drain off the fat. Then add the optional mushrooms which I did. Cook that until the mushrooms are done for a few minutes. Then you add the pasta and seasoning packet along with the milk and water. Easy peasy! Then bring it to a boil and reduce to a simmer.This works best if the pan has a lid. Then check it, stirring every few minutes to make sure the noodles are absorbing the liquid. When the liquid is mostly gone you add the cheese sauce. Voila! This took about 25 minutes to make from start to finish. I may have cooked it a little more to reduce the sauce after I added the cheese package.Velveeta foods are always delicious and this one is super fast for a dinner. Normally I would spend way more time and income to make beef stroganoff from scratch, not to mention all the added ingredients. I probably did however eat a little more than 1 cup which is the serving size. It was just too good not to have seconds!I may however add some onions next time! Probably about 1/2 a cup chopped onions would be delicious! You could also add chopped up bell peppers!Why should dinner be so time consuming when you can have it easy a few nights a week!~The Rebecca Review

My son loves these and I buy them for him and have them sent to him. Great comfort food, I used to make them for him growing up and they're delicious.... Good memories! Awesome comfort food.

This kit is quick and easy! Just a little bit salty for my taste, but good none the less, just add a salad or a vegetable!

I've always used Hamburger Helper, but it's just lost it's flavor over the past couple of years. I decided to try the Velveeta skillets and I am so glad I did! Velveeta Skillets are hands down the winner in texture, flavor, and value for your money. I got the Beef Stroganoff and let me tell you... it's amazing! It's like an explosion of flavor in your mouth and it's so thick and creamy, you would think you've ordered Beef Stroganoff at a 5-star restaurant - yes, it's that good! Next time, instead of ground beef, I'm going to use steak just to take it up a notch! Hint: Even though it states that it's five servings, you'll want to make two boxes for a family of four or more. Because everyone will want seconds and leftovers for lunch the next day!

I mistakenly thought this was cheese with rice and broccoli, but its orzo, a little odd but ok then, but when I cooked it, despite mixing thoroughly it felt like there wasnt enough of the cheese packet for the amount of food it made, the cheese was spread pretty thin and was barely detectable after eating a bowl, also oddly when it started to cool down (although not cold,) it lost a lot of flavor? Kind of odd. I also have to say if you have left overs, they do not reheat well or taste very good. So I guess only get this if you plan on feeding a family and having none left over? My mistake I guess

The chicken Alfredo was delicious! Added some veggies on the side and mashed potatoes. It was delicious and you wouldn’t even guess it was a boxed dinner. This is also very budget friendly and one box was enough to feed my family of 4, with no leftovers because it was soooo good. Will be trying other ones too!
