So I bought three different probiotics. The other two are my usuals I buy but after reading about the spore probiotics I wanted to give it a try. THESE BABIES ARE STRONG! I am NOT a sensitive person. Pretty used to taking probiotics. I can tell these are working because they make me poop literally within a few hours after taking two pills. I am also taking my usual one pill per day probiotics. I take extra because my naturopathic dr told me everyone should load up on good quality probiotics. Not pooping enough (along with lethargy) was my problem. Also, though they say no refrigeration needed, I do anyway because they must survive better in colder temps.Do your homework or read reviews and give them a try yourself and leave your honest reviews for others. I am definitely buying these again. Remember that if you are not used to taking probiotics, start small doses to get used to them and work your way up to higher doses (more than the label suggests).

This is by far the best spore- based probiotic I've ever used, or any probiotic for that matter, including those that are more than twice the price. As soon as I take it, I can literally feel energy pouring all through me. Every single time. It has helped tremendously with candida and several other issues as well. I'll be a customer for life.

Was excited to try this new spore probiotic when I saw it was $15. It has worked ok... though not as well as my previous spore probiotic. Was going to try a second bottle but I see they’ve jacked the price from $15 to $25 dollars since I ordered it two weeks ago. I can buy my preferred brand for that price, so since this apparently isn’t going to be an economical value brand after all, you may as well buy something else. Would probably give it a second try if they returned to their original pricing.
