It doesn't move as freely as I was hoping. It's kinda like a mix between curtains and a prom dress. I have a 29" waist and ordered a Medium. The fit was perfect and the waist felt comfortable but I didn't like how much the elastic bunched on the back of the waist. Overall it isn't a bad skirt.
