I bought this product to use with mosaics for internal use. I don't know what you will be using the product for. See product description below. 
"Premium glass and tile mortar with polymer Adesilex P10 is a premium-grade, bright white, multipurpose thin-set mortar formulated with nonsag properties. Adesilex P10 is designed for glass tile, glass mosaic, and marble mosaic, and is ideal for light translucent natural stone. Mix with MAPEI's KeraplyTM for increased performance and submerged installations. When mixed with water Most interior/exterior residential installations on floors and walls. Does this need to be sealed?

No but I would make sure it is stored in a dry place where no air can blow it around if it is not sealed and no moisture can get to it

What's difference between this Adesilex 10 and regular mosaic and glass mortar?

It's just the best stuff for glass block.  You don't need grout.  It's a glue and grout in one.
