We used to use the Neti pot with saline packets but now with all the brain eating bacteria scare from tap water we had been buying distilled water, it was kind of a nuisance extra step. This product seems to work well for nasal cleansing without the extra work. So far it has helped with night time congestion, post nasal drip/coughing. The "button" to depress for use was hard for my hand to use at first but either it has loosened up or my hand is getting stronger. I did not give 5 star because I have only used it at night time for about three weeks.

I purchased this & paid extra for overnight delivery. I had one of the worst winter colds. I would not have slept without it. I have a lot of arthritis in my hands & some are difficult to spray. Not this one. It might cost a little more, but it’s the easiest. Plus I trust the name.

I love this nasal spray. I’m very prone to sinus infections. I find that if I use it consistently morning and night, my sinuses don’t get aggravated and I get way less infections. And when I do get one, it’s milder and not as painful/infected.

I was so happy to find this product, after finding other saline products too salty or spraying too much at a time, so they irritated my nose. I don't use it for rinsing I just want a tiny little squirt to hydrate my mucous. I don't blow my nose after, usually, or I risk losing all my mucous and I think I just don't make enough. This seems to be the right formula and pressure to do what I need. tapping the button as briefly as possible just adds a little moisture back where nose meets sinus. It works great to make the skin in there happier, so the swelling calms down and air can flow. I had tried several steroidal nasal sprays which require a prescription, are expensive, cause nosebleeds... This spray has none of those downsides, and it clears up my blocked nose almost as effectively! I only use the steroid spray a couple times a week thanks to this, rather than a couple times a day before. After buying my third bottle I realised I had never checked if the bottle contains latex! I'm only mildly allergic but the drs say if you get exposed a lot your allergy will worsen so I do my best to avoid latex. Well I was just chatting with a rep at the manufacturer's homepage and no worries, the bag inside is just plastic.
