Portable Infrared Home Spa One Person Sauna with Heating Foot Pad and Portable Chair

This is my first sauna from this seller. The item arrived quickly and on time. Setting up was easy. I am a woman, 5'5 and 140 pounds, so the size is perfect! The chair is sufficient but might not be as sturdy if you are really tall or over 200 pounds. I owned a similar sauna from a different manufacturer a few years ago and I used it all the time, so I had high hopes for this one and I am not disappointed. I like the sauna as hot as possible so I start the heat at the highest temperature and wait 15 minutes before i get inside. While I wait for the sauna to heat up, I cover up the hole where my head would stick out with a small towel or tshirt to keep the heat inside. Works perfect!!

This thing puts out some serious heat. The foot pad gets too hot for me, but you can turn it off. I wish the back of the chair was slightly higher, if I get too relaxed my back touches the back and the heading element is back there, so it's obviously pretty hot. But it works really well. I sweat it all out in here, and I haven't had to put it away, since it doesn't take up much space. It doesn't regulate the temp all that well, it just beeps if the temp goes over what you set it to, but you can just unzip the arm slots to chill out a bit. Thre price is way more affordable than most, so I'm ok with these little things.

Doesn’t get hot enough, fast enough.

The sauna is great and works very well. I gave it a 4 star because it has yet to get to 140 degrees. I warm it up before entering so it should reach its highest degree setting. Boy, does the sauna make me sweat!
