It came with 1 nut and bolt, but the bolt pattern on the rack only allowed one mounting bolt on the Pacer, the one that came with it was a different thread. So I used one I had that fit and put a large zip tie on it to the frame. It is very well built, welded, etc. A perfect match for my bike. I only need it to hold my walking bag, water bottle, etc., it fits perfectly in it.
