Does the chocolate have any impact on sleep quality (positive or negative)?

Great question! The melatonin is much stronger than the amount of natural occurring caffeine on our Sleep Dark Chocolate. Each piece has a weight of ~3grams (or 3000mg), and in 65% dark chocolate, that would equal ~2.5mg natural occurring caffeine, so a very minimal amount. I hope this helps! Renee Good Day Chocolate

Would I still awaken to use the restroom in the night or will these cause me to sleep so I would have an accident in bed?

Great aid to to fall asleep quickly

I love good day sleep chocolates. They do not keep you asleep through the night, but my research has shown that no melatonin products do. I buy them from Amazon because they are cheaper than at the Whole Foods store near me.

Works Like a Charm, I Recommend!

Works like a charm. Taking 1 works fine, eases me into relaxation and sleepiness, good rest. Taking two enhances that. I'd tried other options like meltaways and gummies; they worked ok. But, this M&M like version is a nice treat with a happy ending -- good night's rest. Recommend!

Tastes Horrible!

I have been taking this for years with no problem. However this last batch that I purchased tastes horrible. And unfortunately Amazon tells me this product is not returnable, so I'm stuck with two unopened bottles at 30.00 a pop. I don't know if the product is defective or if the formula was changed, but I'm not risking another 30.00 to find out. Bye buy, Good Day!
