It feels like I've washed it and conditioned it, but have left the conditioner in my hair. I thought I may not be rinsing it well, so tried to be sure it was completely out. My other family members have commented as well that it feels as if it is leaving a heavy film in their hair. (we do not use conditioner by the way) After a few weeks I began noticing that my scalp was incredibly itchy, thinking it must be some kind of film being left in my hair. Sadly, the smell is so nice, but we can no longer use this shampoo do to the fact our hair is weighted, dirty greasy looking and the itchy scalp. I also needed something useful to fill up a Prime Pantry box, so I decided to add this and the conditioner. This has an pleasant fragrance and rinses out easily with no residue. The conditioner is nice as well. Just be forewarned: the shampoo color does not look like any honey I have ever eaten -- (this looks like snot. Which is pretty comical since people get paid to make up different colors of products and a whole group probably decided this was the "best" color for honey. Yes, I HAVE watched Man Men a lot, in case you're wondering.)
