amazing and instant recovery, no bloating
I am not a body builder, but after 4-6 hours of working in the back yard, cutting vines, grass, shrubs, vines, etc., my back, shoulders, thighs from squatting are sore and takes days to recover, and I'm in my forties. I take half or full serving of this, and instant recovery , much aster than taking protein powder or magnesium. and no stomach ache or bloating like normal creatine, and no waiting for it to take effect. it is a bit sour, but that taste is well worth the benefits

You won't gain weight. Misconception from media.
I was against creatine but my friend convinced me to try because supposed to help with sleep also. I haven't noticed a difference but I am continuing to take for muscle health. I didn't take before because I didn't want to look fat since it's supposed to help your muscle retain hold water. This is healthy though if you work out a lot and especially if you don't hydrate enough. I just pop it in with my electrolyte packet and I can't taste a thing! I think without mixing it may have a slight sodium taste.

great but actual 64 servings?
Dissolves great in water, taste is fine, or lack thereof. Overall I am happy with this. Only downside I see, is that after 3 days with this. Not taking anymore than 2 servings per day, and I am already seeing the bottom of the container. There is no way there is actually 64 servings in this. Not only was the container a lot smaller than expected, but it simply just doesn't seem like they are filling containers to have the actual 64 servings. The scoop is tiny itself, but yea definitely not 64 servings.

It's my creatine supplement. Works as well as regular creatine, but lots less bulk. They also have a pill form which can be useful when traveling.

Did not notice the container is only 48g (1.7oz)..
Entirely my mistake but I bought this thinking there was more, the container is only 48g which brings it to close to $1000 per kilo..
