## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As good as you can get for a TN. Lowest input lag possible right now. Super high build quality
*by J***Z on 19 February 2018*

Silky smooth, really good price for a 240hz. Image quality is as good/better as any other TN i've seen. There's zero ghosting issues or anything like that, and it has configurable pixel overdrive to balance response time & ghosting to your preference. Some internet dude at tftcentral has measured total input lag at 3.7ms, which is pretty much as good as you can get - the rest of your game is likely adding 20ms ish of input lag at best, so it's almost negligable. And the bonus features/build quality is really nice, e.g. charging port for your phone, loads of inputs, OSD is useable enough, the stand is really nice, with adjustable height, theres nice cable management stuff etc. Some of the default options are really bad though. I'd start with gamma set to Gamma3 (default looks really washed-out), and overdrive at medium (default has visible ghosting), low input lag mode ON.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great display. Useful usb hub feature
*by J***H on 1 March 2021*

Great wide-screen display. I found this useful for home working with my work laptop and home pc sharing keyboard and mouse via the built in USB hub. The included remote is handy too. Picture is great and allows me to have task windows side by side for working on various things together like db tables and spreadsheets for data reporting, which is part of my job. When it comes to games, then I reckon the 32:9 aspect really does give you that immersed-in-the-game feel, especially with 1st person shooters, like doom eternal which quite frankly to me is mind blowing on this monitor. You will, of course, need a decent graphics card to drive it. I'm using a radeon rx6800 which is towards the top end of the gpu scale I suppose.I use Windows Powertoys Fancyzones which allows me to snap windows in position on this large screen estate.I came from a dual monitor setup to this, and for me it was a positive move. Took me a couple of days to get used to the wide-ness however, but don't think I could go back now.Yes, it was expensive, but if you spend all day and the majority of the evening behind a screen, you might as well have something good, which this most definitely is.

### ⭐ Disappointing
*by M***L on 27 June 2023*

I got this monitor to replace my viewsonic 32". (great monitor - get 2 of those instead)The monitor is good, huge, looks great and the remote is handy. Unfortunately pbp (picture by picture) does not work correctly. I have my desktop plugged in via DP and a mac via usb-c when I switch to pbp the inputs don't display full screen, I get the letterbox view of each input. I googled and tried the recommended fixes of changing the resolution and making sure scaling resolution is set to full screen. Nothing worked.I got in touch with AOC support who suggested the same fixes and they also suggested/said a general rule is to set the resolution of each input to half of its current resolution then switch to pbp - this didn't work and to have to manually switch the resolution of each device before using pbp is crap - I know other ultrawide that auto correct the resolution when using pbp.AOC arranged a replacement monitor which I've just set-up and pbp still does not work - it shows each display in letterbox mode, I've tried another mac to test and had the same result - On the basis of buying this monitor for work and to use pbp I wouldn't recommend it, even if it did work the fact you have to change the resolution every time on each device before using pbp is absolute rubbishPay more and get a Samsung*June 3rd, 2024 update*it get's worse! The main device which is plugged into the monitor is my pc, occasionally when I turn my pc on the monitor can't find any input/signal, after trying to tell the monitor which input to use via the remote, which doesn't always work or just waiting a minute or two, it then decides to kick into life and work - really annoyed with this monitorNov 12th 2024 updateA few weeks back customer support provided help getting PBP working - on my P you have to manually change the resolution and HZ setting only then will it work PBP - pretty poor that you have to change the resolution for PBP to work.Since then I informed that the monitor still stays asleep after turning my PC or waking it after it has gone to sleep, Ive not heard back from them on this issue and it's been over 3 weeks and allot longer in total since making them aware. Not sure if anyone else has experienced the same issue but the monitor will not recognise any input for several minutes, it sporadically responds to remote control commands and after waiting and tapping on the keyboard and trying to choose an input via the remote, eventually when the monitor decides it will recognise and show an input - Anyone looking to buy this monitor do yourself a huge favour, don't. I regret it and want to sell it and choose another branded ultrawide or several 32" - this is a terrible performing monitor and not fit for purpose
