We enjoy pancakes every Sunday & this is our go-to vegan pancake mix. Easy & good flavor. Just hard to locate at times. 😕

The quality and the quantity

I am a vegan, don’t typically complain or write reviews and have a super high tolerance for iffy flavor issues in this world. So with that said, at least for me, these things did not work at all. Just a weird, super unpleasant after taste. Will not buy these again and bummed that I am out this money and can’t return them.

Vegan pancakes

This is our favorite pancake mix we've ever tried. Love that its plant based. The taste is remarkable. Hard to find in stores. When cooking for a group, people always want to know what we added to the mix, LOL.. water, just water. It's surprisingly yummy. And to the reviewer 'B.' whose husband threw up both times he ate this, weird. Really? Are you sure you're not being paid to give a negative review. Just sayin, we've been eating this Plant protein Birch benders for a couple of years and most pancake mixes give me a stomach ache...not this, they are light on the tummy. We thought we'd try the other flavors of Birch Benders and were surprised to find that some were yucky, one tasted like powdered eggs ( I don't remember if it was the Keto or the Paleo, and one was actually bitter. I don't think you'll be disappointed with this one. Wish it was a little less expensive. We've had to limit our pancakes to once a week. It was getting outta hand at 3 x's a week or more!

I made this one morning and immediately after eating my husband threw up. I had no idea why but I never would have thought it was from the mix however we had them again this morning and bam …. Same thing he immediately threw up. Beware!!!!!!
