These are led so they dont pull much more than 2 amps max. I have mine wired through the PIAA relay included in the kit on my motorcycle. **Q: The manufacturer suggests these LP550 lights are for use with high beam lights only or can you use with low beam also?** A: The LP Series lights are SAE-Y compliant, meaning that they are an Auxiliary high beam ("driving") lamp.
