Sure-GripPrism Plus Roller Skates Outdoor Motion Wheels

UPDATE: SUREGRIP PRISM SKATES ARE GORGEOUS. Accidentally got shipped 2 LEFT skates!! lol. Easy mistake bc they look identical. I was outside the return window from Amazon when I discovered the skates were lefts and anyone could have packaged them wrong bc they look so similar in design. [Amazon return automated system gave no return info or help in solutions.] Saw the suppliers name under heading in ad as "SkateDirect" researched on Google..and called the supplier directly. Super nice friendly company in Atlanta. Shipping me a new pair tomorrow!! Owner/supervisor could not have been nicer. Helpful and also urged me to use wrist guards and kneepads until I get my "bearings"... Doing business like back in the days when you could call and speak with friendly people and resolve issues without tons of paperwork and claims. Just needed my invoice number from Amazon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WAREHOUSE SUPPLIER *SKATE DIRECT* IN ATLANTA AND WILL CONTINUE BUYING FROM THEM IN FUTURE!!! Good prices...quality products...SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE.I debated for weeks months over which skates to buy as my first pair in over 45 years. My first pair was an ugly brown pair with orange wheels (since WalMart was all out of stock of white ones in 1978). These are the first pair of roller skates I've ever bought. I skated all through my youth and teens, at indoor rinks. Then with my ugly brown skates that fell apart during a jump. The orange wheels fell off the trucks and went rolling off and I face planted on pavement. More humiliated than injured. Ice skated all my life, inline blades in my adult years along California beaches. I wanted holographic bc they were beautiful and intend to skate outdoors. I haven't even used these yet so will update once I do. But they were more stunning than online. I have a slender foot but long and always a pain to fit. 10.5 W in shoes / 9.5 Mens 43 EURO. I bought a Size 10 in these and they fit and feel comfortable as snuggly like a boot with padding for snow. Not bulky like snowboard boots. They appear to be well made and solid parts of metal in plate and trucks. Wheels are great looking and I still bought a tool and new ATOM wheels with LEDs and new laces for backup. I also found toe covers in holographic print on Etsy for $10 a pair!! I also bought all the padding for knees elbows wrist guards and helmet. I never used any pads for inline or ice skating and I was good, adept, and coordinated. But age has funny way of throwing off your balance and I can't risk any falls to injure my spine from previous injuries. I don't care if I look dorky. Vanity is no longer a concern and I'd rather not be in pain. Once I feel more confident I'll probably just use the helmet and wrist guards but not worth taking chances at age 55 and I want to skate until I die...so I'll wear safety equipment over vanity.

UPDATE 12/05/2023I don't skate nearly as much as I did in 2021, and I now have indoor wheels on these prisms now that I've transitioned to the rink. These are still super comfortable and lovely as ever. These are essentially a sparkly version of the Fame. All of the bling hides any minor scuffs and I get compliments on these *constantly*. I'm a little jealous that the price has come down so significantly. I'm thinking about buying them in pink as well.I've only worn these 2 times so far but they are SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE than the orginal Prisms! I had the original prisms and was thinking to 'upgrade' to the Fame. I reallly like SureGrip so with all of the padding, the Fames were my next choice but I wasn't excited for the two color choices, white and black. I try not to wear black and I knew the while boot would look grimey QUICK with all of my outdoor skating. I was so happy to see that they started using the 37 boot that's on the Fame on the Prisms! A girl needs her sparkle!!!I ordered these new Prism Pluses as soon as I saw that they started making. These are so comfortable and I feel like the trucks might even be a little bit stronger and more responsive? I feel more secure in my turns and skating is a breeze. I'm still a novice skater but I love the Prism Pluses so much more than the original. I have been a fan of the Motion wheel for outdoor skating, so I was glad that these wheels came standard.

First of all, just look at how beautiful these babies are! Almost every time I wear them I get unsolicited compliments from people passing by. They are showstoppers.Quality-vs-price-wise, they're the perfect middle spot between a nicer pair of serious skates (which usually cost much more) and some of the fashion roller skates. They feel safe, look nice, and are well built. I'm glad I chose these as my first pair. I appreciate the extra padding and find them super comfortable. Buying them without trying them on was a gamble, but the size chart was accurate.The only downside is that the laces are not long enough to lace all the way up the boot. I will probably have to replace them.

I loved how fast they shipped and the style is super cute! I normally wear a size 7 in women so I purchased the 5 in men and they fit great. I love these skates I would recommend them to a friend!

Sadly these ran narrow and I was forced to return them. Perhaps a bit small too. The hologram pink color was super fun though… would have kept if they fit.

I decided to get back into roller skating for exercise purposes after 25 years! I ordered these skates because they were rated highly by various roller-skating rating websites. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-made and comfortable they are. They are a bit heavier in weight than I am used to. I believe with some practice I will be rolling my way to better physical fitness and having a blast in no time.

They fit very nicely, very comfy. I wear between a womens 8.5 to 9 due to my feet being a tad wide and men's size 7 fits great! Size 8 was too big ( I ordered an 8 in stardust a while ago) both skates by Suregrip.

These are great, the wheels are "grippy" so they are perfect for outdoor skating. They are cute, too - I love the silver color.
