The stainless steel balls at the end allow you to really whisk up a storm with very little wrist motion or effort. Love how well they work. And receiving (2) for the price of what I would pay for (1) was a great bonus. I was going to give one to my daughter, thinking I don't need (2), but after receiving the set I kept both. The difference in sizing was enough to want to keep both, different sizing for different whisking tasks.
