Cayenne is good for health.
This is great for kids when making masala meals. It has the flavor of Kashmiri chillie but less hot on the spice level. I used it for clearing any blood clots. If you are diabetic you cannot use this masala. You might have your glucose levels drop. If one has a cardiac arrest 3tbsp of cayenne pepper dissolved in water and slowly injected into the sides of the mouth might save your life. It is a blood thinner and dissolves clots. The bottle is really nice . It opens 3 ways. First as a sprinkler . Second the opposite end of the lid opens in case you need to spoon alot more . Lastly the lid opens as a normal lid by unsrewing the cap. I saved them and give them to my friends as mini masala bottles. Because they are squarish you have space to pile in bottles rather neatly.
