Quality It's as described. I don't think its suitable for myself. Bought to ease pain in neck an top of my back. I found the thickness depth of the pillow too high, when side sleeping and made my neck feel worse on both sides. Tried for about a week on both low and higher sides but couldnt really get comfortable. It's a firm pillow not what I'm used to. The concept is good, just not this particular one for me.I'm female 5ft 1"Measurement from base of neck to end of shoulder 5.5" inches. Approx.

Had neck & shoulder pain for months so thought I’d try this - it does actually help, not just a gimmick - it’s not great if you sleep on your side/stomach (like a sprawl) but it you just stay firmly on your back or full side then it’s great!

It takes a few days to adjust to the new pillow but I love it and wouldn't be without it. What I love most is that I can sleep on my side and my back comfortably and fully supported.

When I read the description of the pillow, I thought it is exaggerated but it is not. Its quality is exactly as described. Extremely comfortable, high-quality and ergonomic.During the first two days, I found it too firm and uncomfortable. Then, I got completely used to it. I wake up so energic and my sleep quality has improved.I suffer from Flat Neck Syndrome due to spending too much time in front of computer. I strongly recommend using this pillow if you have the same problem. It fully supports my neck in all sleeping positions. Especially, I don’t feel any pressure on my neck and shoulders when I sleep on my side, which was one of my complains before buying this item.Its pillowcase is removable and washable. This is so good but I think if it had an extra pillowcase, it would be great.

I was advised by my Doctor to buy one of these Pillows and i am glad that i did they do work wonders. Only had it one week but no more pain up the back of my head and really comfortable to sleep on well worth the money folks and it works.

I really wanted to like this but it wasn't for me. Lying on my back it was slightly too high and ultimately painful. I tend to side sleep in a foetal position, so I tried that and it was impossible to get my head in the depression where the head is supposed to sit. Ultimately the weird shape works against it and it juts out in awkward positions. It's well made and well thought out with high quality materials but it just didn't work. I found my old tempur original travel pillow works best.

After a couple of days getting used to the pillow, it is incredibly comfortable, my nagging neck pain has gone and I am well rested come morning.
