WacoalWomen's Underwire Sport Bra

This is a review for the Wacoal Sport Underwire Bra 855170 (Simone). I have a different version as well, the Wacoal 853302 SPORT CONTOUR Bra. Both are listed with a description of "Women's Plus Size Sport Full Figure Underwire Bra."I really like my 853302 Contour bra but it was not available in my size so I gave the Simone sports bra a try, and I prefer this bra over the other one. While the Contour bra has straps that you can configure as criss-cross back or standard straps, the length adjustment on the satin straps tends to slide to the longest position over time. With the Simone sports bra, the length adjustment is done with a hook through a series of loops on the back of the strap. You can't do criss-cross back, but you don't get the bra straps stretching out and slipping off your shoulders when you work out.The Simone bra is very supportive, and it's very comfortable once you put it on. It runs a little small, and the bottom band does not have a lot of stretch so size up if you are in between sizes. I consistently wear at 36C, even for Wacoal regular bras, but I need a 38C for the sports bras. Because the bottom band doesn't stretch, when you first put it on, it might feel like it's too small or that it's constricting. Do the old bend over and adjust the girls and the band placement trick, and it will fit very comfortably.

I’ve searched and searched … and have a drawer full of bras that just don’t quite fit. Nothing ever seems fit in one area or another … they sag along the edges or side, gap in front, don’t hold me in (nothing worse than falling out of the darn thing)! This one fits beautifully! Comfortable and snug all around … no gaps or loose areas. Still a touch of bounce if you work out but it is way better than any other bra I’ve tried. Definitely recommend.

For reference- I bought a 34H. I have never ever left a review on any product before, much less a bra. But this one deserves every bit of it. This bra is amazing. It holds everything in place while not smashing things together. It provides support during exercise. It it flattering when worn with a dress or t shirt. It even provides some minimizing effect while keeping one's breasts separated. It comes in my size which is rare. I cannot recommend enough!

I received this bra today and it's a beautiful and comfortable mostly. The pros are the vibrant color, the material that is very smoothing and looks good under a T-shirt, the support, the minimizing, and I love how high it comes up underneath my arms so I don't have extra boob or skin hanging over underneath my arms on my sides. I normally wear a 40H and sometimes even a 38. This is a 40H and it is very hard to get around me. Super tight on the loosest clasp. If they had the option I would order a 42 and I've never worn a 42 in my life. I think it just runs a tad bit small but the cup size was perfect. I plan to keep it and hope that over time it will loosen up a little around because I like it that much besides that part.

I’m so tired of not finding a good bra that is reasonably priced until I found this one! It is so comfortable I hardly notice it is on, yet it holds the girls in a very flattering way. I like how the straps adjust; they will never slide. I found the band a little snug so I’m ordering a few more in the next band size.

This sports bra has amazing support and packs the girls in nicely. True to size too. Absolutely no bounce when I’m doing cardio and there is no uniboob which is an extra plus. There isn’t much padding to the cup but I personally don’t mind that.The straps have a unique feature where instead of a slide strap for tightening, it has 3 slots you can put the hook into to tighten. This will prevent your straps from loosening when doing things like cardio.I’ve been leaning more on the DD end but I ordered a 32D for extra support and it fits great. Just a heads up the band is a little bit on the snug side.

Seems made well. This gives a nice shape and holds the girls in, but the underwire in this bra is too much. When I bend over the underwire literally hits me in the chin. It makes a lump under the top of my shirt. It also pokes in the armpits. The straps are comfortable, and the cups are nice, but the underwire ruins it.

Over all happy, but with some problems.The side underwire hits inside my underarm area about halfway. I find that odd. The center underwire between my breasts is very high (the top of the wire is even with the top of my breasts).What I like about the bra is that it completely separates your breasts in slings. The bra is not uncomfortable like many bras I have purchased online. It definitely supports. The girls are definitely lifted and supported. The straps will definitely not slip and fall off your shoulders. I will definitely wear this bra often.

Quite comfortable and supportive, though I'd like a wider band around back and side for more support.
