I like the tool, but the battery life is not that great, and I don’t think it’s the spinning is powerful enough. But I’m using it.

Went to use it for the second time and it wouldn't work. Will not charge very disappointed.

I had no idea this little machine could make such a positively huge difference vs. the non-motorized foot files I've been using. My disability makes it too hard to manually file, even though I've tried all kinds and shapes of foot files, as well as different levels of coarseness. The extra coarse-roller included with the MyCarbon file is THE BEST! I finally have a truly soft heel, and without any little dry-skin shards hanging, and no discomfort. The only problem is trying to get the roller refills. While the price of the file machine is initially good, one set of three rollers from the manufacturer website is almost the same cost as the whole file unit! As much as I like this new foot file, I may have to return it because it would be too expensive to own over time. I've emailed MyCarbon to ask whether there can be a lower cost replacement roller option, such as through Amazon, but haven't heard anything back yet. I plan to update my review after I hear back from them.
