My professor of art history 4450 recommended this book to the entire class.It covers the periods of Realism, Rationalism, Surrealism: Art Between the Wars movementwith artist that pioneer modern art.Is rare to obtain so much for so little. Title books such as thisare price much higher. I will highly recommended

Arrived at a good time. It did have a bunch of post its still in it and i mean a BUNCH sticking out. but besides that it was good.

Very interesting and informative for my Art History class.

I bought this after taking an art history course in university. I found the subject matter of the course very interesting, but often extremely brief, so I wanted to do some outside reading on my own, and the class text book had a span that was far to wide to go into much detail.This book is really beautiful, with a lot of illustrations, and covering a decent amount of time. I plan to purchase the others in the series.
