It shipped faster than they expected it to which was nice but when I received it and tried to play it in an ensemble setting, it was completely out of tune. Then, when I went to attempt to tune it, the first valve slide would not move until I took a pair of pliers and valve oil to it. After I got it to move, the horn would still not be able to be played in tune. Overall, I would advise to save your money and buy a more expensive but better quality horn.
