Good idea, but hard to keep on.
This is a new design that has a non-slip strip between the front and back cleat pads and adjustable side cords to hold the grips on the shoes. I have used the previous design grips and been pleased. I was anxious to try this new design. Unfortunately, they are harder to keep in place on the shoes than the simpler-design grips. I found that I had to regularly adjust the grips or they would slip off the toe of the shoe.

Great Traction
I ordered these DryGuy Grips for my Husband who is a truck driver. He has been up in the north and north east states these past several weeks and in lots of ice and snow. He has gotten a lot of use out of them. He says that they are great on ice and he has not slipped at all while wearing them. He even recommended them to truck drivers and told them wear they could buy them. He really likes them. I even bought myself a pair. You can't go wrong with these. They do run a little bit small. My Husband wears a size 8 1/2 boot so I ordered him a large. They fit perfect over his boots.

Monster Grips
Tried these - wouldn't recommend them. They work great,as long as the studs stay in place. The first time I wore themalmost 1/2 the studs came out. Fortunately I found them and was able tore-install them. Good gripping - but they DON'T stay in place.Every timethey get used some studs come out. Try something else.

It Works on ICE nice
Works nice on the ICE but I have only needed it once this year. They fit on my size 11.5 boots and go on and come off easy.

Worked well, but still a disappointment
I'm a mail carrier and bought these for work. I was very happy with the performance. They worked well on ice and snow packed on the driveways I walked across. I was very disappointed though when I took them off to find that a total of 3 of the cleats fell out during the day. I've only had them one day.

Monster Grips are great! They do the job!
These are great! I live in the ice and snow andthey are great! I like how they are tight enough to stay on, and have several ways to tighten up different spots to fit diverse footgear. All in all, they are more sturdy than a lot of ice grippers.

Watch the Cleats!
The Dryguy cleats arrived just in time to help me remove a 2 inch snowfall which was preceded by rain, freezing rain, and you know the rest. Within five minutes, I noticed little orange objects on my concrete patio. Now I know why the cleats are blaze orange, so you can see them in the snow when they fall out!! Seven cleats fell out, and I only found six of them. That was in less than one hour. They can be re-inserted, but why? Do not buy. They don't deserve a one star rating.

It does keep you from slipping and sliding on slippery ...
It does keep you from slipping and sliding on slippery surfaces but it felt a little bulky underneath the shoe.
