This Beetles gel polish has amazing pigmentation and applies very smoothly . The color is exactly as shown and looks very professional once cured . It cured perfectly under my UV/LED lamp and lasted well without chipping .Great value for the price . I will definitely buy more colors.

I had my doubts, as a retired tech that still does nails, that this gel polish wouldn’t cut the mustard. Boy was I wrong. It’s gorgeous. It nearly does the job with one coat, the color saturation is so good. I will sure be trying more Beetles colors.

This color is fabulous—so elegant. It achieves a great finish and is long-lasting.

Color is fire!!!! Very pigmented gel polish. One or 2 coats is enough. I love the beetles line!

I won’t rate lower because judging by other reviews, it’s just not the item for me, but casual nail painters heed my warning..! It’s a very lovely black and I can tell this because it’s everywhere. Painted in the evening, in 3 hours it wasn’t dry, even with some help from a fan. I woke up with smudges left—in 3+ hours it was apparently still wet enough to rub off almost completely overnight. Onto my pillows and blanket. Luckily, not my dog. I am afraid of it. I covered the Pompeii-esque remnants of my nail situation in .99 cent polish that dried before I left for work. I think I’m just a .99 cent guy, but I was not aware taking years to dry was even a possibility. Now I am aware, and I am fearful.

Very nice polish. I love Beetles polish! It lasts longer than some others. This was not as purple as I thought but still like it.

I will start by saying the color was exactly what I was looking for, and I have used BEETLES gel polish many times in the past including products other than their gel polishes without any issues and typically their products have always work just fine until this experience…… to start I notice the gel polish wasnt curing in the light like normal it seemed to almost wrinkle coming out of the lamp which I thought maybe I had the polish to thick and it wasn’t curing correctly so i removed one of the nails and re applied the polish in thinner coats to see if that fixed the issue ….. it seemed to help until later that day I took a shower and when I got out my nails were wrinkled and dented. In addition to this my fingers were burning. Now I didn’t immediately panic with the burning as my nails tend to be tender the first day after putting fresh polish on but usually goes away by the end of day or next day….. so I just ignored it and figured it would resolve…. It did not, in fact the pain got worse my nails and finger tips were burning and extremely tender to the point it woke me up from a sound sleep. Even after removing the polish my fingers are still tender but getting better slowly. I was extremely disappointed one because the color was perfect and two because I had to remove my nails after spending hours to do them…. For nothing. Again I’ve never had an issue with this brand in the past so I’m thinking I was just allergic to an ingredient in that specific color but I also feel maybe I got a defective bottle as it was not curing correctly either. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad product but I would definitely proceed with caution…. UPDATE: DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!!!!!! it’s been over a month since this all happened and my nails are completely destroyed well… the ones that this polish was used on. It took a full 4 weeks for the pain and tenderness to resolve , the skin on the tips of my fingers was tender as well THANK GOD I only did two nails on each hand with this color. After much research I found hundreds of people experiencing the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE as me with this brand, also found out there’s an open lawsuit with BEETLES gel polish for this reason. I will never use this brand again and I threw away everything I had from this brand which breaks my heart but multiple people reported having this issue after using the same product multiple times prior with no problems. All I’m going to say is after what I experienced and still dealing with, there’s no chance in hell I’m risking ever going through this again! I included pictures from day one when I first did them to today. Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice, I don’t wish that pain on anyone.

Easy to get a smooth coat. Best to do multiple thin layers to get the correct colour/coverage, but happy with the colour and the wearabilty of it (doesn't chip easy etc)

Nice colour, smooth to apply but chips very easily.

Did my nails used the uv lamp the first time I touched anything the whole paint came off all intact. Tried again left under lamp longer same problem ! You will not need polished remiver for this. Bought a different one from the chemist.
