This product is perfect for normal day use as I do suffer with foot pain. Also these were a tad bit small when I cut the size to an 8 as I bought the 7-9 version of these I would recommend again but when I cut them to size they did slide up the tip of the shoe leaving the heal bit a Lil forward but they are perfect for normal walks and maybe working on your feet all day and the massaging fluid is perfect for my feet as again I do suffer with a lot of foot pain by either standing or walking all day without insoles but these cured my feet by 60% of comfort than normal orthotics and gel impact insoles so if anyone reading this comment that they want to buy these yes I would recommend buying them but be careful how you cut to size as sometimes the shoe cam be a bit big for them if they are the same size for both shoe and hydrofeet.

The product is great it really helps with my back pain I was so impressed that I bought another pair as soon as I tried them on but I decided to buy a much cheaper pair that i saw for £5.00 as apposed to to £25 with delivery with this pair and the the other pair is exxactly the same so I am buying a few more pairs today not these ones but the cheaper ones but the products do work if you have bad backs or joints i am glad I tried them i as I have tried around different pairs of gell and foam insoles over the the last 3 years It is better of you use a gell insole with then aswell i find

I have tried three types of these sort of insoles now as I suffer from Plantar Fascia from running. They have all suffered the same fate and leaked the gel after around 6 weeks of use. This is a pain as you have to wear them all them time inside and out to make a real difference. So l have ruined a new pair of slippers I bought just to hold these as my old ones wouldn't and a recently new pair of shoes. This type were the ones that leaked in the shoe, now I'm not overweight (91kg 6ft) and I didn't ever run in them. I have also tried a number of the solid insoles but I found they are either too thick and your shoes become uncomfortable or the move around when walking so you have to re adjust them which is a pain.Before these leaked I did like wearing them and once you get used to that slightly weired feeling of walking with wet socks on a beech they work quite well. They have reduced my plantar fascia but they are expensive at 6 weeks ago. I could have sent them back but that's another job I didn't want to have to do. If the money is no object and like me you have tried massaging your foot and used a rolling pin and the only other option is an operation or injections then they might be worth a punt. I'm actually going to try another brand of the same idea so see if I get better results. My plantar is more than 50% better.

Says 3 year guarantee, I walk through mine in a 5-6 weeks, I am a postman so do a lot of walking but would have hoped for longer. Unfortunately I have to keep buying until I find something better. Various issues with my legs and feet but when your feet or sore on the bottom they're an absolute god send, on my 3rd or 4th pair now

Fortunately I purchased these on Amazon and only paid half price! I would have been irked had I paid the full price.I read reviews and ordered a larger size as advised due to incorrect sizing information, fundamental flaw.I had a pair of new Salamons which I put the insoles in mmmmmI was interested in the circulatory help from this product.....I walk / 250 miles per month so I was giving them a good test drive.Both my feet are problem free but the right foot made my instep sore and gave a planter fasciaitus feel which was uncomfortable.I think these products will suit some but not others making them very subjective.I gave them a good workout more than most people can and they don't do it for me 😞 but might for you, tread carefully 😁You can only but try and may get lucky.Just not for me.

As others have said, the sizing is incorrect, the sizes quoted are US sizes, NOT UK as stated. Order at least the next size up on the one you think you need! I’m a size 10 UK and ordered the 9.5 to 10.5 size, they are at least 2cm (3/4in) short of the end of my shoes. Consequently the insert slides about. As far as quality goes - I can’t comment yet as I’ve only had them a few days but I thought it important to get this warning out there to help other people get the correct size.

Very comfortable insoles indeed. I am glad I registered to receive my "free" pair from the US manufacturers, and was only slightly peeved when having paid just under £12 for postage and packing, supposedly from the USA, the "free" pair arrived from Amazon UK too. Still, it's a second pair for less than the initial price, so I probably shouldn't grumble! And they ARE good. Don't be put off by reviews saying they feel weird to walk on - it's a good weird, and you can actively feel the gel moving backwards and forwards under the sole of your foot so that the part bearing the weight is always cushioned. I've recommended them to family and friends, and will continue to. These insoles make it a pleasure to put my walking boots on, and I've even taken them out of my shoes on occasions and put them in my slippers!
