Excellent value - solidly built and very supportive.
Over the years, I've purchased multiple bonded leather chairs that caused back sweat and cracked. I've enjoyed the Aeron chairs in my last few offices pre-pandemic, so I finally decided to purchase a mesh back chair, but didn't want to pay Aeron prices. I searched long and hard on Amazon, as well as the websites of brick and mortar retailers, for a few weeks and found this Molents chair. The reviews were uniformly positive and there was a $60 discount at the time, so I placed my order.I'm so glad I did. The chair arrived within two days, all the pieces were there and very securely packed. The instructions were very clear and the various assembly screws were even accompanied by an Allen wrench and Phillips screwdriver (which I held onto for future use).Once I assembled the chair, I was pleased by its multiple adjustments, including pneumatic seat height (as expected), armrests that raise/lower and swivel, headrest height and pivot, and backrest tilt. It wasn't obvious until a few days after I received the chair, but I ultimately learned the seat could be adjusted to slide in and out (to accommodate different femur lengths) - a very pleasant surprise. Finally, the tilting backrest is perfectly balanced. Although I typically leave it in the unlocked position and occasionally tilt back 45 degrees to take a nap, the pivot point provides enough resistance that I'm kept upright when I don't want to recline. All in all, I'm quite pleased by the quality and fair price of this chair and believe you will be too. I highly recommend it for someone who (thanks to our new normal) finds him or herself working from home.

Wonderfully priced comfort
Coming from one of those gaming chairs, the Molents chair is no contest a better all day office chair. I've had it for roughly a month now. The version I purchased has two way adjustable headrest, three way adjustable arm rest, adjustable lumbar, adjustable height, seat depth adjustment, and single lock button for back tilt. The full product name is "MOLENTS Office Desk Chair Ergonomic Task Chair Breathable Mesh, Adjustable Lumbar Support/Headrest/3D Armrest/Seat Height& Seat Depth, Executive, Drafting, Gaming Computer Home or Office Rolling Chair". The headrest has adjustable height and pivots at the mount point for about 90 degrees of movement. The pivot seems to be more of a side effect of the mounting style and not an actual feature as there's no out-of-the-box pressure that will hold it in that position. There are two adjustment bolts that can be tightened with a pair of 4mm hex keys (not included) that will help fix its position. The headrest height adjustment is solid and stable at about 4" and 10 stops. The arms have height, pivot, and depth adjustment. Height is a pretty standard affair at about 6", easy and stable. The pivot has three positions for about 30 degrees of movement, but is not so stable and can adjust accidentally while moving around in the chair. The depth (forward/backward) adjustment offers about 4" of travel and is equally unstable. The armrests themselves have a little cushion to them, and I can't say for sure how they will wear over time, but they seem like they're just hard enough where they will hold up. The armrests have a few one-time adjustments for distance from the user when they're mounted. There is a mounting shim that will offer some degree of outward camber as well as the standard slotted hole adjustments. The adjustable lumbar is fairly difficult to adjust but also really stable with about 6" of vertical travel. My normal posture does not actually engage with the lumbar through the mesh back, but this isn't a bad thing in my opinion. For me, it just means that as the mesh loosens over time, the lumbar support will become more engaged. The adjustable height is a pretty standard gas shock with about 7" of travel. So far, it has held its position and is easy to adjust. The seat depth adjustment offers about 6" of forward/back movement to support your legs. The cushion itself is comfortable and hasn't lost any support yet. The back tilt has three lock levels for about 45 degrees of tilt in total. It uses a button to lock/unlock the backrest. I really like this mechanism and I've never seen it done this way on a chair before. I'm used to sliding a bar to lock the backrest. Overall, the chair should fit a variety of body types with all the possible adjustments and is a great value in the price-to-comfort spectrum. I'd recommend putting this on your short list for consideration of chairs for your new office setup.

Great chair for price point.
What I like about this chair: 1.) The seat pan is very comfortable. I was originally looking at one of the all mesh chairs but after reading the hit and miss on how comfortable the seat pan is due to the flexibility of the mesh I decided to go with a padded one. Extremally happy with my choice. 2.) Mesh back was a must and it delivers. The mesh back on this chair is very flexible and comfortable and allows my back to breathe. No sweaty back is a major plus. 3.) The chair is very sturdy and well built and the fact that it has several different adjustments to fit your body is outstanding. 4.) The gas lift piston for lowering and raising the chair is of good quality and does a great job. If you have a cheap chair with a cheap gas lift piston, you know it and you hate it. 5.) The head rest is one of those items I was thinking, "I can live without." Well, like an upgrade to a vehicle once you have it you don't know how you managed without it. I love the extra support it provides when I lean back for a moment to rest. What I don't like about this chair:1.) The wheels SUCK. I have already placed my order for the $40 upgraded steel wheels. 2.) The lumbar support DOES NOT move up and down easily like shown in the video. You have to apply some pretty hefty force to move it up or down. At least mine is very tough to move, maybe yours isn't. The good thing is, once in place where you like it there should be no reason to move it again. 3.) While not terrible, I am also ordering the arm rest cushions.Going from a $75 office chair to this one is like going from an old 70's model four cylinder car with all of 50 to 75 HP to a new modern four cylinder car with 180 to 215 HP. While I am sure I can spend another $200 more to get a turbo four cylinder with upwards of 300 HP, this chair does me just fine for now. :-)
