I usually make homemade hot chocolate and was not convinced about this until I read reviews saying that the ingredients were natural and reviewers noting how tasty it was. The fact that the pods don't empty well in the Keurig was off-putting but I ordered them anyway.The taste is indeed wonderful and I don't feel like I'm drinking chemicals. Even my picky hubby loved it - and he has like a sommelier-level tasting ability.However, the pods didn't empty correctly, so the first couple tries, I had to scrape the powder out of the pod. Then I got a GREAT idea. No one has posted the idea, at least that I saw. I make the hot chocolate with the smallest keurig setting - espresso sized. Then I open the carriage, turn the pod 90 degrees and run it with the small espresso-sized serving a second time. The result is perfect and no messing about with the pod. No muss, no fuss. Great product with this method.

Like a lot. Add a little milk, heat in the micro wave, then let your coffee make do the rest.

So originally I thought these we light on flavor more like powder milk, but what I realized is that the powder was not mixing in the water during the keureg run through. I had to take them out and open them then dump the content into my hot water. It was clogging up the keureg and I had to do a cleaning afterward. Otherwise the flavors is good and the bonus is no crappy ingredients.

We have some packets of Ghirardelli hot chocolate mix, but cups for our Keurig machine were requested. Reports back indicate that while tasting a bit different than the Ghirardelli’s it is not unpleasantly so and folks will use these before breaking out a packet of mix.For the price comparison of other brand hot chocolate cups on the site, this seems to be a good value. We haven’t really gotten into hot chocolate “season” here and the use of these is increasing in our coffee mess.A GOOD BUY!
