I've been taking these Saw Palmetto capsules for a while now to help with hair growth. It’s definitely a good product, and I like that it includes a solid blend of extra ingredients like Ashwagandha, Maca, and Green Tea. I want to be completely honest: I’ve been using a few different hair care products and supplements at the same time, so I can't say with 100% certainty that this is the only thing driving the improvement. Because of my routine, it's hard to single out the exact efficiency of just this one bottle. That being said, I am totally happy with the overall results I'm seeing.

I have been taking this product for almost a year now, and have been very happy with it. My nails and hair has grown stronger and thicker. I also notice an increase of energy and overall good health. I’m very happy with this product and will continue taking it provided the price stays reasonable!

I added this to my vitamin regiment to help with "downstairs" things and it did seem to help. Each person is different so it may help and it may not. The pills were not large, so they were easy to swallow.

This is supposed to really help hair growth however I couldn’t take it long enough to really see any difference because it was very harsh on my stomach. Even when taken with food.

I was having to to go almost every 15-30 minutes. getting up several times during the night, which left me very tired during the day. I would also have the stong urge to go to the restroom several times, but when I went my flow was very slow or at a dribble at most, so I would not empty my bladder. I read the reviews of several products and this one had many positive reviews with users having the same issue. So I gave it a try, after 2 days I was emptying my bladder, and sleeping through the night. I ran out of this product for about a week, and the old symthoms started to return, so I ordered 2 more bottles, and I am back to sleeping through the night and emptying my bladder every time I have to go. It may or may not work for you but it works for me, thanks.

In combination with Pumpkin seed oil these tablets have taken me from 4-5 times a night to once, you know what I mean. They also help in passing so have obviously lessened the enlargement and reduced pressure on my Urethra. Definitely worth it and they work for me.
