Not really scrubs, but similar. I'm 6'1", 160 lbs. Very lean with 15" biceps and the sleeves were still huge on me. I imagine some guy with my same build, but with biceps as big as his thighs would fit better in the shirt. I ended up buying a medium and it fit a little better.
