Do not pay $45 for them! I went to order more and saw they’re now at $22.99 and you can get $2 off, but it’s 49% off from $45. I don’t know why the price shows it’s originally $45, but that’s not only INSANE but also a lie. I bought these for $17.99 just 3 months ago, so they went up in price quite a bit as is. But I likely wouldn’t pay more than $20 for them, and I’d only use them for special candles.Why I love them:- They’re long. They’re supposed to be long to be safer, and they are. I hate short matches. I feel like they burn too quickly and they make me nervous. I always get too little out of a tiny match and put it out when it gets too close.- They’re appealing. Visually appealing, beautiful jar and look to them. Look great out on a counter.- The striking pad is under the jar, so it’s hidden and convenient.- It lights QUICKLY!! Most tiny matches have to be struck like 3x before they finally light and by then they feel flimsy or already bent.I love these, I will order more, and I will keep using them as someone who doesn’t light candles every single day.HOWEVER, if you need matches for constant use, these may be too expensive for that. You can find so many cheaper matches. BUT they will be flimsier, shorter, and harder to light. ALSO, these do have a strong scent after you blow them out. But it fades quickly, in my opinion, and I actually like that burning match scent. So for me it’s not an issue. LASTLY, again, maybe wait until there’s a little sale on them. For sure don’t pay $45 because that’s a scam.

I was looking for nice matches to light my Shabbat candles and had to splurge on these. These matches are great! They’re long enough to not burn through before I light all my candles and they are sturdy enough to not break when you strike them! The glass jar is an elegant touch. Totally worth the price! I’ll only buy this brand from now on.

Beautiful bottle. Beautiful message. Perfect length. Works well unless you have them for extended periods. The longer I have them (more than a year) the weaker they become. They will then easily break in half when attempting to use them.

These matches are really nice and good quality. I think I got a lemon batch bc many don’t light, but I contacted customer service and they promptly responded and sent me a new batch! Highly recommend
