**Q: Are these gluten free?**
A: The only allergen listed is soy

**Q: This question is for the seller.  The package says the pills are .2 ml.  How many mg is this?  Most pills are measured by mg not ml.**
A: Most studies using peppermint oil to treat IBS have used .2 - .4 ml (200 - 400 mg) per dose. This is considered the therapeutic dosage.  It should be taken 3x a day according to my daughters gastroenterologist.

**Q: Does this come with outer seal around bottle cap and underneath?**
A: As I remember, there is a seal cap on the bottle opening underneath the bottle cap.  I cannot says for certainty the bottle cap and bottle are shrink-wrapped together.

**Q: can anyone input if this helps control ibs-d or just the cramping/queasiness? I tried the peppermint with ginger/fennel and seems to increase ibs-d**
A: I found this to excellent for my queasiness.
