Yes, the inside one is about 1.5" short but it's still better than what was in there. I new this from the other reviews when I bought so it's expected. The outside one that is more important is perfect. The old ones pull out rather hard but I use needle nose pliers to pull them straight up. Not too hard then.

Inside weather stripping is 1.5 inches too short for 1995 Jeep Wrangler
Website said it fits 1995 Jeep Wrangler. WRONG. The outside weather stripping is perfect but the one for the inside of the door as shown in the picture is 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches too short. I ordered the product and it was longer than 30 days before I was able to install on my '95 Jeep. By the time I discovered the problem I was past the 30 day window to return. I can't get Amazon to help and when I call the company directly they can't (won't) help b/c I have to go through Amazon. I'm stuck with a product that doesn't fit as they said it would.
