One does is 8 sprays and it’s incredibly sweet. Haven’t noticed a change in my energy levels or a boost to my mood. Not good value for money as you need to use so many sprays for one dose. Any energy probably comes from the high sugar content!

I’ve been using vitamin B sprays from different brands and find this one the best. It’s twice as strong as other brands and only half a price, providing one takes into account that this one provides a two months supply. Seller delivered promptly, so also happy about that. My only criticism is about the spray mechanism which should be rectified by the producer. The liquid tends to ends up not only inside your mouth but also in the surrounding area! I solved the problem by shortening the little plastic tube inside the bottle. Curiously the tube was left too long and bent upwards! I cut it so that it reaches only down to the bottom of the spray bottle and now the spray direction works as it should.
