Heats up instantly, love it
Love it. Looks great standing on my hearth. I live in an old I council house got my old gas fire taken out. There was still a hole up to chimney. I thought I'd have to buy a backing or something, but no it's plenty big enough to to cover old blocked park ray fireplace

Great looking fire, but faulty.
Loved the look of this double-door fire. Easy to fix feet and install BUT.....rattles like hell! Thought it would wear off as maybe needed to 'run in' a bit, but no. I really wanted to keep it as looks & heat are great, but the rattling noise is unbearable. No peaceful sitting by this fireside :-) Had to unattach feet, re-box and then arrange for collection.....a real pain you know where. This is the downside of larger on line purchases.

No screws disapointed
My fire came today unfortunately no screws came to screw legs on + the instructions don't tell you what size screws to buy
