Knife Sharpener The Sportsman 012 Orange

Saw someone at the pier using this item to sharpen their knife before cleaning fish. I was extremely happy to purchase one similar. Works great.

Have had these for years. A very simple and quick way to sharpen you knives. It literally takes less than a minute. Super light weight yet very hard plastic that will take a beating. Just bought the last one for B.O.B.

I decided to get the cheapest Edgemaker and give it a trial. So far I'm quite pleased with its sharpening ability but unable to compare it to other sharpeners including the more expensive Edgemaker line-up. I'm thinking of getting a stone though as it's probably the fastest knife sharpener. That is what I've used growing up but left it behind for others to use when I moved to Florida.

I have an old one. Ordered another for a backup if or when the first one gives out. These things work well.

Does a great job on hunting knives, pocket knives and kitchen knives. Easy to use.

My sister has the sharpest knives I ever use. She has had this for years.

This works on all steel blades , straight edge,. I did not sharpen other blade types. For the price forget the high end sharpeners. The only issue is no burr removal, clothing really needed. If a burr removal is added ot would be fantastic !

Mine works great. No pressure needed but the weight of the knife blade. I use it every day for razor sharp knives.
