will this work on Windows 10

Why does it have a VGA port?

It does not have a VGA port. The port you see is a joystick port, for PC controllers that predate USB interface. Joystick ports were phase out of most modern day sound cards, and manufacturers found it convenient to implement joystick ports by adding them to sound cards.

how do you hook this up to 7.1 pioneer reciever?

if you have a pci slot this card will work with your pc your windows should pick up as new device and you would have to get the driver from creative
