Very good for its price point
Wanted to give it a few weeks of actual use before rendering an opinion. This TruGlo Storm 5-pin Sight (also coupled with the TruGlo arrow rest) is mated onto my son's Genesis Pro. It should be noted that I elected to have a professional install the 5-pin Sight (and the arrow rest), as I wanted to ensure everything was square/level. During the install, the lime green bubble level was knocked out of its housing, and required a Super Glue fix... not entirely sure if it's a quality control issue, or as a result of the install process. That said, for its price-point, it is well constructed, and it is more than appropriate for where my son is in his training. My son's world-ranked coached told him/us in advance that "there will be a learning curve utilizing this new system," that being this 5-pin sight and the arrow rest. Athena's assessment was spot on! After about 100 shots, we finally noticed more consistency. Was told, "a peep sight will also help with his consistency."As it stands, I recommend this 5-pin Sight for student/recreational use.

Best cheap sight ever
I've never shot so good. Mounted it long. It's dead nuts out of the box, no weird business with too far over adjustments. Glows in the dark. Works great with Hoyt Torrex

Only holder is aluminum
Only holder is aluminum sight is plastic, feels a bit low quality, light is also cheap plastic and in my case it was not even working. Overall it does it’s job and aims an arrow well it has five pins and it is adjustable

Typical TruGlo great quality.
As I expected TruGlo is good quality, no frills pretty basic sight, holds zero, great beginner or backup sight. Nothing wrong here good entry level sight as to be expected from a reputable manufacture.

Not bad for the price...
I've had this sight on my bow for a few days, so still trying to dial it in.The allen screws seem to be odd sizes that may not be in a basic set of keys (i.e. - the larger ones are 3.5mm). They should've included the keys in the package.I also bumped the sight against the side of the rack when hanging my bow at the range and the level popped right out. Not a major issue, but it could've been secured better.Adjusting the sight is a bit tricky, as you can't seem to set a tension that allows you to make fine adjustments without it moving on its own, and there are no hash marks to reference where you have it set. As such, you seem to constantly overshoot the setting you want. I can see now why the sights with 'micro' adjustments might be desirable. And finally, the fiber optics just don't seem to gather enough light. I have used much smaller fiber optic sights before, and never had an issue with them. I find myself using the light all the time. For the price point, I suppose it's OK, but I was expecting a bit more from TruGlo, though in the future, I may look more closely at competing products.

No frills. Simple and effective.
If you have an astigmatism make sure you get a light. Bought it for short term to get a more expensive one later. Not doing it,going to keep this one. Sighted in at 15,30 and 45 yards. 3 shot groups around 6".

Broken
I put the site on my bow and it lined up immediately with the strings. Nothing I can do to get around looking at strings so not very efficient for aiming and then when I tightened it hard the plastic pieces hold it to the bow snapped so do not recommend.

Not for right hand shooter.
Nice CNC mount, but then you start with plastic. If you need to flip it because you hold with your left, and draw with your right, the light is of no use. Well in honesty, the light is a bit of a joke. Shows 3 illumination settings, 2 work, one that should be #2 is off. And the positioning of the light is not very well planned out. Sure it illuminates the 2 closest to it, but the other 3 don't get anything. It should be on the opposite side of the site ring so it actually shines on the fibre optics. Also it should mount on an angle for better coverage. I'll drill a hole where an engineer would put it, and glue it in place. Also if you are a right hand shooter, you need to snap the level bubble out and glue it on the opposite side of the sight ring.Would I buy it again? NOPE, NO BUENO.

Not made for recurve bows
Product came in reasonably fast.I easily put it on my Samick Sage bow, but after some time on the range, I found it is incapable of adjusting low enough for a recurve bow.Took it and bow to my local bow shop and knowledgeable dude there said it was designed for a compound bow.Wish there had been more info available before I purchased it.
