This is one of the best daily meditation books on the market - there isn't a page that I've read (and I've read them all) that doesn't apply to me in one way or another. I lost my daughter 14 months ago, my brother 3 years ago, and my mother 7 years ago so loss is becoming way too familiar. The loss of my daughter was absolutely devastating and this book has helped to ease the pain and given me boosts to be creative and work through my sorrow - transcending loss. I regularly share pages of this book on a couple of Grief group pages I belong to and have posted the link to Amazon over and over again. I have also bought and sent this book to friends/people I know that would benefit. I've bought several grief books over the last 14 months and this one is by far the most helpful.
