Cute mug, gifted to my child. They like it. The colors and custom name are still clear and bright after a year.It is durable, even though it has been dropped many times there are no cracks, breaks, or chips. However, a big drawback is that this mug is not microwavable.

I ordered a customized unicorn and dinosaur for my grands (ages of 7 and 4).They both loved their cups and used them for their drinks during their sleepover weekend with us. They loved having their names on their cups as both names are near to impossible to find. They were easy for them to drink from and I loved they were not breakable. Their mother and dad loved them too!

Love it! The mug got shipped almost immediately (which initially concerned me since it's customized), and it got here in no time. It was exactly as advertised and had my child's name printed as if from the factory! Since my child has a less common name, I'm sure it was truly customized. Very impressive!

I love the print on the mug and it’s lightweight but the K on this mug doesn’t match and everyone I have shown this to agrees. I got little help from customer service. Basically she has never had this happen before and doesn’t know what to do about it.Very said to know this company can’t seem to fix a small issue.
