Astral Projection: A Guide on How to Travel the Astral Plane and Have an Out-Of-Body Experience (Extrasensory Perception)

After watching everything I can find on the subject, for some reason this book brought me some mental clarity on what it is goingto realistically take to astral travel confidently. Practice, practice, practice. I have had a spontaneous OBE years ago so I thought it would be easier. Now I understand there is much more to it.

I've been interested in astral projection for a few years. I've tried doing multiple times on my own based off directions I've heard from multiple sources, however, I was always unsuccessful. Prior to reading this book, I felt confused on the subject. There's a lot of information out there that doesn't correlate with each other in regards to astral projection.This book was a super easy read. Also, the terminology written (that may not be familiar to the average person) was explained in simple terms, which I really appreciated. I'm a very slow reader due to dyslexia and ADHD, but since this book is only a total of 99 pages, I was able to read it over the course of 2 nights (approx. 4.5 hours total).Thanks to the information shown in this book, I now have the understanding why prior attempts to astral project were not successful. I realize now that I have some work to do (spiritually, so to speak) prior to attempting astral projection once again.I would also like to mention I feel much more confident and now have little to no fear about my upcoming experience in the astral realm.This book also came with a FREE mp3 guided meditation for opening your third eye! Super cool imo. I'm excited to listen to it.Overall, I think this is a very safe and informative choice of literature to understand the important facts needed to know about astral projection as a whole.

It is believes, that we all Astral Protect, some can do it nature or threw training, it is a realm , it's believed we traveled, there in our sleep. There are not without some dangers. And how.

After reading this book I now understand that I had almost ASTRO projected twice in my life. I felt aware but also asleep. Then my body felt like it was being electrocuted and tense. I didn't know what was happening so it frightened me, so with clenched teeth I kept saying "Jesus Christ help me!"Each time I said it, the the electric energy feeling coursing through my body, dissipated more and more until it stopped. I thought it was evil spirits, or even demons electrocuting me somehow or giving me a seizure or something. But now I know if it ever occurs unprovoked again, to let it ride cause it's Part of the process to eject your spirit from your body. I learned your spirit has to vibrate faster to depart your body, so now it totally makes sense to me about my electrocution experience.Also I love all the techniques to practice ASTRO projection explained in this book. Astral projection has been something that had always intrigued me, but I didn't understand it too much. Reading this book has really cleared up a ton of things and peaked my interest even more. Definitely worth the read!

When you read books like these, you have to take it on faith. Interesting read. Don't know if anything in it works or is true. Haven't tried.

I went into this book with zero knowledge of what astral travel really even was. I found this book information and helpful. It covers the very basics of astral projections and important elements to consider when practicing. This helped me feel more comfortable with the practice and know what to expect. Highly recommended for the beginner!

Great little book that pulls no punches .. Ideal for those who meditate, sit in spiritual circles or have OBE's/Astrally project, the do's and dont's from experience this is correct information but also explains much more.. Definitely one for the spiritual bookshelf. Well packaged and arrived on time.

This book covers almost every method of astral projection that's out there. The chapters are progressive and each chapter unravels new methods, techniques and learnings. If you need one book to learn AP, I would highly recommend this one.
