Size 10 what would I order ?

I’m 5’8”, about 160 lbs and typically wear a 10 or 12. This size chart is all over the place or I’m freakishly disproportionate. Which size?

How long are the inseams? I’m not tall but have long legs and s/m build....a lot of these pants have 28”, 29” inseams...too short for me

Do 801, 802 & 803 all have zippers at the bottom to make room for your boots?
