This is hands down the best bit adapter available to buy. Much more heavy duty than the stahlwille alternative with the spring retention. This model has the steel ring retention, allowing impact style bits to be used as well as standard bits. Has the HiPer 90 tooth reversible ratchet mechanism. Made in Germany. Strongly reccomend paying the premium price for this, will last a lifetime.

This little bit ratchet is more substantial than it looks. The action is solid along with its build quality. It’s exactly what you’d expect from Hazet. Highly recommend!

Diese Hazet-Feinratsche ist nicht einfach ein Werkzeug – sie ist eine Offenbarung. Bereits beim ersten Kontakt spürt man: Hier hat jemand nicht Metall verarbeitet, sondern Perfektion geschmiedet. Die Verzahnung greift so feinfühlig, dass man meint, die Schraube würde freiwillig nachgeben, aus purer Ehrfurcht vor deutscher Ingenieurskunst. Der Rücklauf? Samtiger als ein frisch gebügelter Maßanzug. Jeder Klick klingt wie ein wohlkomponiertes Versprechen von Präzision und Langlebigkeit. Man ertappt sich dabei, Schrauben anzusetzen, die eigentlich gar nicht gelöst werden müssen – einfach nur, um dieses mechanische Gedicht noch einmal zu erleben. Die Verarbeitung ist derart makellos, dass man kurz überlegt, ob man sie wirklich der Werkbank aussetzen darf oder ob sie nicht besser in eine Vitrine gehört, dezent ausgeleuchtet. やっぱりハゼットはいい

The quality control from Hazet is simply appaling: I own some tools from Hazet and I already had to exchange 4 samples of the standard 1/4" ratchet before getting one sample which was properly machined. I liked the idea of having a standard ratchet dedicated to bits but the sample I received is machined on the piss, just like the standard version: too much material was removed on the left side of the anvil, as a result one of the wall is less than 1 mm thick, the other is almost twice as thick. This is simply unacceptable, the ratchet is going back to Hazet and I am not buying any more tools from them
