Good resource to work volleyball skills with beginners

Seems to work great as a volleyball trainer.
For the price, this was a great little add-on to the volleyball net we got my stepdaughters. They hadn't asked for it, but when they saw it, thought it was a great idea. I can't speak to durability just yet, but it seems as though it should hold up. Elasticity is just right for serving and setting. I feel like maybe the cord is a little short for soccer (it could be longer for serving for volleyball, I think, but it's good enough), but maybe I'm wrong.The belt is comfortable and should fit just about anyone.I need to look up how to use the hand trainer things, since there aren't any instruction. Not entirely clear how those are supposed to work, but that isn't why I ordered it, so I'm not terribly worried about it. Overall, I'm glad we got it!

Got this as a gift for my daughter to practice serving. She stopped using it because the rope knots the ball is surrounded by hurt her hands.
