As I don't get out much I thought I would buy this treadmill and I just want to say how pleased I am with the item I have used it twice now its so quiet it doesn't make any noise and it was really easy to assemble the bars to it, it's a good machine all in all I'm very happy.

Ok so a lot of this is down to personal preferences about what you want form a treadmill. I’m 58 and usually go out on my MTB every night, but it’s getting dark early in the UK so I’m not able to do that. I didn’t want an exercise bike so bought this to maintain my exercise regime. I do 30 mins a day, which it recommends you only use it for 30 at a time. I gently walk on speed 3. I’ll be honest it’s not the best, it’s a bit ‘juddery’ at times especially near the 30 minutes. My husband set it up and he found it fairly easy but as others have said the instructions are pretty rubbish. My husband said he would use it as well, and when checked before buying it said up to 100k however the instructions say up to 90K. So he needs to loose a bit of timber before he can use it. If you want something that is compact, folds away easily and is easy to use, there are no complicated programs just simple ones, then this is for you. It is great for me. But if you are an elite athlete in training I’d say this is not for you. That saying you get what you pay for, true here, it’s cheap in comparison to others, and does what I want it to, but it is not the best quality product. As I’ve said I wanted something that I can use to do gentle exercise for 30 minutes a day, this achieves my goal. It was delivered sooner than expected and really well packaged, it glad I had my husband to lift it into place.
